If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, any remaining dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in West Meredith, Ohio, or online.

12.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

13. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital Talent Hub regarding our services.
